Welcome to Tartan Badminton Club
Tartan Badminton Club in Edinburgh is a large, competitive yet friendly club with a regular club night, plus numerous teams competing at all levels of Edinburgh and Lothians play.During the season, the club meets on Mondays between 7 and 9, at Westwoods Health Club in the grounds of Fettes College.

Fundraising Quiz Night - 26th March @ The Golf Tavern |

| We're holding a fundraising quiz night upstairs at The Golf Tavern. The quiz will kick off at 7pm, but the room will be available from 5pm for those who would like to go along for a bite to eat beforehand (the menu is available on the website). Entry to the quiz is £5 per head, and teams should be between 4 and 6 players. Please invite your family, friends and colleagues. If you would like to enter a team please e-mail your entry by Thursday 12 March. Please also indicate whether you intend to go along early for food. |
Last club night of the season - 30th March |

| Just a quick note to remind everyone that this coming Monday, the 30th of March, is the last club night of the season. Don't forget that the Monday after that (6th April) is the AGM at Westwoods where you have the chance to give your views and help set the direction for the club. It's your club so please come along and have your say. Beyond that, I hope you've all enjoyed a great season of badminton. Have a good summer, and see you all when the club restarts in September. |

| Westwoods have asked us to remind non-club members that they should be parking in the West Drive. That's on the far side of the astro pitches. So if you are not a member of Westwoods please don't park in the Westwoods car park, and in particular please don't park in the grounds of Westwods - not even club members are allowed to park there any more. | Just a quick note to remind you all that there will be no club nights on the 22nd or 29th of December due to the Christmas holidays. The club will restart on Monday 5th January 2009. Have a great Christmas and see you in the New Year! |
All Matches Now Entered! |

| All matches are now entered, so you can now check out "This Week's Games" on the right to see what games are going on this week. Tartan teams are followed by some letters to state which team it is. The first character is the league - T for Tartan, L for Lothian - and the other one or two chracters are for the team - D for D team, L1 for Ladies 1, M1 for Mixed 1, G1 for Gents 1 etc. So Tartan LL1 is Tartan Lothian Ladies 1, Tartan HD is Tartan Heather D team etc. If I've made any mistakes in the schedule please let me know at the email address above. Hope you find it useful, and don't forget to send me scores! |
